How does it work?
Your diary is shared with us via a secure log-in so that all the information is safe. You decide which areas we access so that we only see what we need to see. The great benefit of sharing the diary is that you can see any changes to bookings at a glance. Our diary management team will ensure that your diary is up to date at all times and in addition we can also generate a message to let you know that a booking has been made, or that there has been a change to a booking.
Don’t have a diary system?
Don’t worry, we have a great deal of experience in this area. We will suggest a number of diary management systems so that you decide on the best one for you.
What about new enquiries?
Tell us your process for a new enquiry. It may well involve some factfinding so you have some background information on the new client. As part of your diary management service we can follow any processes for registering a new client, you decide how you want us to manage each type of call.
Size doesn’t matter
Our diary management team can manage one diary for one person all the way to multiple diaries within organisations. We just follow the processes that you’ve developed and it’s exactly as if we are part of your team.
What about cancellations?
If somebody needs to cancel an appointment we can make the changes in the diary and also make the person aware of your cancellation policy if that’s appropriate.
What about taking payments over the phone?
Our diary management team can take payments from callers. Payment processing is not a standard part of the service and charges will apply.

What happens out of hours?
Lines are covered Monday – Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm. Outside of these hours your callers can leave messages on your personalised voicemail. Those messages are sent to you by email as sound files straight away which means there is no delay. Or our team can transcribe your messages which will be sent the next working day.
