- Messages sent to your clients by text or email or both (as if they are coming from you)
- Calls can be transferred to your clients (as if they are being transferred from you)
- Diary management can also be part of the service
We will provide your clients with an 01905 number so that they can divert their calls. All calls are answered in their company name and messages are sent straight away, just as if they are coming from you.
Currently lines are covered Monday to Friday 8.00am – 6.00pm and outside of these hours there is a voicemail to email service. White label telephone answering will enhance your relationship with your client and help them to manage their calls effectively.
