How will you know the call is for my business?
We allocate you with your own divert number. Calls to your existing number route through to us. When your line rings our screen pops with all your details which means we can answer in your company name. All you need to do is simply divert your calls to your dedicated number.
How will you know about my business?
We set up your own personal Message Bank page which holds your business summary, call handling instructions, staff information, FAQ’s and any other information that will assist our telephone answering team when answering your calls.
How do I access my messages?
Message Bank is a bespoke piece of software that stores all of your information and it’s how we send your messages in real time. You will be provided with a login and can view your message history at any time.
Can I change my call handling instructions?
Yes – you can change your call handling instructions, update us on any staff changes or let us know if you’re going to be busy in a meeting all day by simply dropping us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What happens out of office hours?
We operate Monday to Friday 8am – 6pm and Saturdays 9am – 12:30pm (additional charge). Outside of these hours, your calls go to your personalised voicemail. You will receive the recordings by email (additional charge). Or one of our team transcribes the message which is sent by email the next working day.
Am I tied into a contract?
No. We want our clients to stay with us because they love what we do, not because they have signed on the dotted line. All T&Cs are on our website.
When can I start?
As soon as you like, thanks to our same day set up. If there are any specific training requirements please let us know.
