A few weeks ago, we updated our clients on a few small, but important changes, and seized the opportunity to send a customer satisfaction survey at the same time.
We’re pleased to say our feedback was fabulous!
Our customers are happy however, there is always room for improvement and we received a few suggestions of additional services we could offer that we hadn’t previously thought of! It was definitely a worthwhile exercise.
